Social Swing & Night Club 2
6pm - Ballroom City

An exciting class expanding on West Coast Swing and Night Club Two patterns for the novice through intermediate dancer!

Join this class and build your social level in West coast Swing and Night Club Two in a way you can use at clubs, dances, and the occasional dance event!

Please have a basic knowledge and use of West Coast Swing & Night Club Two in order to take this class.

Dance Mechanics 101
7pm - Ballroom City

What makes a dancer look like a dancer?
What makes someone look grounded?
Why do some people seem to flow when others look stiff?
Why can some people spin easily?
How do I become a "good" dancer?

Change your world as you develop movement and control of your body with weekly drills that will change your perspective on dancing, increase your abilities, strengthen your health, and guide you down the path of dance "enlightenment".

These are the same concepts which Brian Wong uses to coach his "Dancellusions" dance team.

Beginner through Novice: Learn the "Sophisticated" swing dance that is sweeping the nation and danced to Hip Hop, Top 40, Rhythm and Blues.

Salsa I
9:15 - 10:00 pm - Carlson Ice Arena
